Supply management service
SME GmbH is a high-performance, direct contract partner for the supply management of customers. We are available at all times to advise them and solve even the most demanding procurement tasks. This includes both long-term strategic and urgent project requirements. In close consultation with the respective client, we determine the required level of cooperation and the service packages that are best suited to the current operational tasks.

Fabrication and assembly
Over the last 25 years, we have continuously expanded our competencies in this area and can now offer our customers the implementation of the full range of manufacturing and assembly projects. In all outsourcing transactions, SME GmbH remains the main contractor vis-à-vis the customer and thus retains full product responsibility for quality, schedule and costs. Our project management covers all relevant areas of responsibility: from the initial clarification of technical issues to the entire material selection and procurement, scheduling, logistics, financing and quality control, right through to complaints management. SME GmbH considers it a central task to select the right manufacturing partners for each project and to control the process according to the customer’s requirements. Our manufacturing partners, located in Germany, Eastern Europe or the Far East, are experts in their respective fields.
